Cancellation

Animation Unlimited operates a no refund policy within 14 days of the conference. If a delegate is unable to attend an event they may substitute another member of their institution/organisation.

Animation Unlimited reserves the right to modify or cancel any event if unforeseen circumstances arise.

*We are offering a limited number of spaces at Animation Unlimited 2008, reserved for undergraduate and independent students. These spaces will be released on a first-come first-served basis. Please telephone to be placed on the reserve list for these spaces from April 1st.

Please be aware however that these tickets will not be made available until 1st July and unfortunately, the number and availability of these cannot be guaranteed, therefore we would strongly recommend purchasing a ticket as soon as possible to guarantee a place at Animation Unlimited 2008.

For security reasons we cannot accept payment via faxed or emailed payment forms. If the available payment methods are unsuitable we are offering a ‘callback’ service, were if you email mbowers@aib.ac.uk or finance@aib.ac.uk and state that you want to pay for animation unlimited 2008 via ‘callback’, she will call you so that you can pay ensuring you incur no additional costs.
