ArtsMatrix is the professional skills and enterprise development agency for the arts and creative industries in the South West. We enable arts and creative industries professionals to develop skills to make the most of their careers.
Our services include one-to-one professional development planning, business and organisational consultancy, skills audits, sector specific seminars, and training programmes. More specifically this translates into; 

One-to-one Consultations

Tailored guidance on creative and enterprise development.
If you’re an artist or creative professional looking for in-depth guidance on developing your career, starting a new enterprise or growing your business, then book a one-to-one session with an ArtsMatrix Specialist.
Focusing on your specific needs, this session gives you a chance to discuss in detail your professional, creative and business goals and design a plan to achieve them. It can include developing marketing and business strategies, looking at fundraising techniques and approaches, analyzing work / life balance, amongst many other professional development areas.
With our Momentum Programme an initial 2 hour session is £30* and follow up 1 hour sessions are £20 a time - or receive a discount by booking four sessions in advance for £85. (*full unsubsidised cost otherwise £90).

Creative Development and Enterprise Workshops

As an alternative to the popular one to one consultations, ArtsMatrix has created a new type of workshop to Clarify your creative and business goals, Identify your skills, strengths and expertise, Design a plan to achieve your aims and Network with other creative professionals. It’s a great start point for those needing focus, don’t know where to begin and want an opportunity to talk to others in the same position. With our Momentum Programme these half day workshops cost £15* per person and can have between 4 – 12 people per workshop. (*full unsubsidised cost otherwise £30p/p)

Seminars

Arts Compass – Training the Trainer Courses

Training courses for advisors, coaches and mentors working with creative businesses, with the aim of developing advisors' skills in helping creative enterprises navigate their way to business and creative success.
