Be prepared and be sure to get your Stage One Entry for the Business Plan Challenge submitted by this date. This could be your chance to win up to £2000 CASH.

All good businesses have a business plan and if you want to enter the Business Plan Challenge and win up to £2000 CASH, you’ll need one too.

In this short seminar and workshop the basics of business planning will be explained. The topics to be covered will include, amongst others:

What is a business plan and why do you need one?

How much detail do I need to go to?

What headings should I include?

How do I get started?

Having written your plan to a successful business, you’ll need to write a successful marketing plan to tell people about it and the winner of the Business Plan Challenge and the CASH prize of up to £2000 is bound to have completed one of these.

In this short seminar and workshop the basics of marketing planning will be explained. The topics to be covered will include, amongst others:

How do I gauge how big my market is?

What tools can I use to communicate effectively with them?

How can I plan this when I am at the mercy of others?

What is the right way to do this?

So you know what the business idea is and you’ve started your plan, you think you know how big your market is and how you’re going to communicate with them – but how much is this all going to cost and, more importantly, how much is it going to make you?
